Massage Lifestyle Tampa provides services that are time-based and individually customized. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect both client and business interests.

1. Refund Policy

• Completed Services: All massage services rendered are non-refundable.

• Prepaid Packages: Packages are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 90 days from the purchase date.

• Service Disputes: If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Notice Required: At least 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• No-Shows & Late Cancellations: These may result in a forfeited session or fee.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases involving:

• Medical emergencies

• Unexpected health issues (with documentation)

• Scheduling errors on our part
